For the first question, the audience knew who the artist was as soon as they watched the video . I think iis because of the way she dressed and the camera movements also she is the only one who is singing. We wanted the audience to notice that it is a rock, punk, emo style that we tried to represent and by using narrative and props as well as editing helped for the audience to know that it is targeted to teenagers. THe whole point of making a music vieo is so that it will sell the artist and make the audience to demand more and the audience thought for the third question that it will stand up to repeat viewing. I think we achieved this because we did research on similar genre music videos and used camera movements, mise-en-scene, editing and props which the audience expects to see in an indie rock band music.
